Seal Right Insulation Inc. was built by Jake Fehr around a simple observation: the spray foam trade had plenty of companies selling whatever product won the bid, and not enough crews a GC could book without babysitting. So we made two decisions and stuck to them.

One product. We apply closed-cell spray foam exclusively — the highest R-value per inch, a built-in vapour barrier, structural rigidity, and total moisture immunity. We don’t carry a budget alternative, because we don’t install products we wouldn’t put in our own buildings.

One standard. Scheduled means scheduled. Sprayed to spec means verified thickness. And every commercial job comes with the documentation package — WSIB, insurance, product data, application records — that makes inspection a formality instead of a gamble.

We’re based in Leamington, in the middle of Essex County’s farm and greenhouse country. Residential and smaller jobs stay local to the county; large commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects take us anywhere in Ontario — the rigs are self-contained and the standard travels with them.
