Warehouse & Industrial Spray Foam Insulation — Anywhere in Ontario
Closed-cell spray foam for distribution warehouses, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities. Sprayed to spec, on your schedule, documented for inspection.
A warehouse envelope has one job: keep conditioned air in and weather out, across tens of thousands of square feet, without eating your operating budget. Most large buildings fail at it — air leaks at every panel joint, thermal bridges at every girt, and condensation dripping off the deck onto product.
Closed-cell spray foam solves the whole assembly in one pass. Applied to walls and the underside of deck, it insulates at roughly R-6 per inch, air-seals every joint and penetration, and puts a vapour-impermeable surface between humid interior air and cold steel. No batts sagging off girts ten years in, no vapour barrier seams for inspectors to fail.
We've sprayed warehouse shells, fabrication shops, and processing plants across SW Ontario, and our self-contained rigs mobilize anywhere in the province for projects at scale.

The Problem
Big Buildings Bleed Energy at the Envelope
Metal cladding and block walls have almost no insulating value on their own, and conventional systems — vinyl-faced batts, board stock — leave gaps, compressions, and thermal bridges everywhere structure meets skin. In a 50,000 sq ft building, those details are the difference between a heating bill you budget for and one you fight.
Condensation is the second problem: humid interior air hitting cold steel deck rains onto racking, product, and equipment. Ventilation can't fix it. Only warm interior surfaces can — which means continuous insulation bonded to the steel.
Why It Works
Why Closed-Cell for Industrial Buildings
- R-6 per inch — meets spec without furring out walls or losing clear height
- Air barrier and vapour barrier in the same pass — no separate systems to install or inspect
- Bonds to steel, block, and wood — no fasteners, no sagging, no maintenance
- Stops deck and panel condensation permanently
- Adds rigidity to panel walls and cuts drumming and noise
- Full documentation package for engineers and inspectors

How It Works
From Plans to Inspection
Step 1: Scope
Send drawings or dimensions. Written scope and quote back within 72 hours — 24-hour rush available by phone.
Step 2: Schedule
We lock your window and coordinate sequencing with your site super.
Step 3: Spray
Masked, protected, applied to spec with thickness checks as we go.
Step 4: Document
WSIB, insurance, product data, and application records — inspection-ready.
FAQ
Common Questions
Yes, with planning. Application areas need to be vacated during spraying and for the re-entry period, so we phase the work — nights, weekends, or zone by zone — around your operations. We'll build the phasing into the scope.
